EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out, but don’t worry - we’ve still got you covered! However, your return must meet the following conditions:

Keep it intact! Please don’t remove any plastic kimble tags, gold/silver elastic bands, foil hygiene ties, or security seals.

 

Return the product to us at:

in the exact condition it was sent to you.

 

If you purchased any of our professional products (available only to trade account holders), and you are not a professional, your purchase is not eligible for return.

 

Ensure your return reaches us within 14 days of receiving your order or notifying us of your intent to return by emailing us at info@iconicmane.com.

 

Please check our return’s policy to confirm your eligibility for a refund before sending back your item.

 

Important:

For orders that include Free Gift Deals, if you return an item but keep the free gift, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. If you return the free gift but keep the purchased items, you won’t receive a refund for the free gift.

 

Trade customers, please check our Trade T&Cs to confirm your return eligibility.

 

Returning via Royal Mail

Return your item through your local Post Office or a Royal Mail Customer Service Point (available in over 12,000 locations and open 7 days a week).

 

If you use an alternative return method, we recommend choosing a tracked service.

 

You are responsible for return postage and for ensuring the product is securely packed to avoid damage or loss during transit. Please include a note inside your parcel with your order number and email address.

 

We cannot accept liability until the goods are received by us. Overseas customers are responsible for arranging their own returns.

 

Refunds

We’ll process your refund as soon as we’ve inspected the returned item. Refunds typically take up to 14 working days from the day we receive your return.

Please allow an additional 5-10 working days for your card issuer to credit your account—this timeline is determined by your card provider and is beyond our control.

Note: Any premium delivery services purchased at additional cost are non-refundable.
