  • 30-Day Returns

    Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your item being delivered.

    Any requests made past the 30-day mark may not be accepted for a return.

  • Eligibility

    Items must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and unopened. Toppers, extensions and closures that have been used may not be eilgible for an exchange.

  • Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. We advise using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the date your order is delivered, provided that:

  • Items remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and unopened
  • Security seals, packaging, tags, and protective wrapping remain intact
  • Products have not been tampered with, altered, styled, coloured, cut, or treated in any way

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, altered, or otherwise handled beyond inspection.

Human hair extensions and hair systems are considered hygienic products and this policy is standard practice within the industry.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any product back, you must contact us first to obtain return approval.

Your email should include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if reporting a fault or issue
  • Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Iconic Mane cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

Customers should retain proof of postage until the return has been received and processed.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty
  • If returned items are missing original packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable restocking fee from the refund amount.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We may request additional information, including photographs or return of the product for inspection.

Products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect may qualify for:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

Iconic Mane reserves the right to inspect all returned items before a final decision is made.

 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs charges
  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Tariff fees imposed by their country

Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.

If international shipments are refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or tariffs:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Any additional fees incurred may be deducted from eligible refunds
  • Refunds cannot be processed until goods are returned and received (where applicable)

Iconic Mane is not responsible for customs delays or customs processing outside of our control.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalised orders
  • Products that have been coloured, toned, chemically treated, cut, or modified
  • Worn or installed hair products
  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards


Hair Care Disclaimer

Human hair is a natural product and slight variations in:

  • Colour
  • Texture
  • Density
  • Wave pattern
  • Curl pattern 

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect aftercare
  • Excessive heat use
  • Chemical treatments
  • Colouring or bleaching
  • Product misuse
  • Improper installation by third parties

Results may vary between hair pieces due to the natural characteristics of human hair.

 

Policy Changes

Iconic Mane reserves the right to update or amend this returns and refunds policy at any time without prior notice.
