Our core business is the sale of hair and beauty products, and our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm UK time. We may respond to inquiries and ship products outside these hours on a best-efforts basis. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, with a cut-off time of 4:00 pm (2:00 pm for international orders).

You may cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched, or within 14 days of receiving your items. Cancellations after dispatch may incur return shipping charges.

To cancel an order, please notify us via email at info@iconicmane.com. If you’ve already received your items, they must be returned unused, in their original condition, and within 14 days. Products must be sealed and undamaged, and any return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Faulty or incorrect items may be exchanged or refunded.

9. Pricing

All prices listed include applicable UK taxes. For international orders, customers are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, or additional charges.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 30 days, though we aim to ship within the estimated time based on the chosen delivery method. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided. Shipments delayed or lost due to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.

11. Faulty Goods

If you believe a product is faulty, contact us as soon as possible. We may request the item be returned for inspection, and will refund return shipping costs if the fault is confirmed. Products that have been treated with dyes, bleaches, or other chemicals will not be considered for refund.
